Terms

After an initial discovery call, we can decide on the package that would work best based on your individual needs.

Flexibility allows you to amend your hours each month based on workload/support required, and cancellation is possible if no longer required – you’re not tied to a notice period.

We can offer a fixed price for projects and bespoke work rather than using our hourly rate.

Flexible payment plans are available – 50% in advance, 50% on completion – and we can discuss a suitable monthly payment date for retainers.

All time is tracked to the nearest 15 minutes – a report can be sent to you for your records, or we can share boards so you can log in and track progress.

We’ll never go over the pre-agreed time unless agreed in advance, and will always advise when time is almost up so you can decide whether to purchase additional hours.
